Your piece is crafted in 18K PVD gold-plated stainless steel — anti-tarnish and water-resistant, so everyday moments like hand-washing, rain, or a light sweat won't harm it.
To keep it looking its best for years, a little care goes a long way:
- Remove before swimming, long hot showers, or the gym — chlorine, salt water, and heavy sweat wear down any plating over time
- Put it on last, after perfume, lotion, and hairspray
- Take it off before sleeping to avoid bends and scratches
- Store in the pouch provided, away from other jewellery
- Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth
Water-resistant for daily life; a quick removal for the harsh stuff keeps the shine longer.

Every 18K PVD gold-plated piece is covered by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. One claim per piece, on full-price orders only. This does not cover tarnishing from water, perfume, sweat, or chemicals, normal wear and tear, scratches, or physical damage. How do I find the right ring size?
Getting your ring size right before ordering is important — rings cannot be exchanged for sizing reasons after the 24-hour window. We recommend measuring your finger at the end of the day when it's slightly larger, using a thin strip of paper or a ring you already own as reference. What chain length should I choose?
Most of our necklaces come with a standard 45cm chain — this sits at the collarbone and works well for both pendants and everyday wear. If you'd like a longer length, we offer separate chains up to 60cm which you can pair with any pendant or wear solo. A 60cm chain falls at the chest and works well for layered looks. When will my order be delivered?
Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3 business days on Express, 6 business days on Free Shipping. North East India, Gujarat, and Jammu & Kashmir: up to 10 business days. Your tracking link is sent via email and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
What is your return and exchange policy?
All return and exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery — this applies to both our American Diamond and Demifine 18K Gold collections. Requests raised after 24 hours will not be eligible.
For American Diamond pieces: exchanges accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided the request was raised within 24 hours.
For Demifine 18K Gold pieces: if the piece has genuinely never been worn and is in original condition with all packaging, we extend the exchange window to 100 days — but the initial request must still be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
We arrange a reverse pickup from your doorstep in most cases. An unboxing video is required for all requests without exception.
How do I track my order?
Your tracking link is sent via email and WhatsApp as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also track your order anytime on our website under Order Tracking. If you haven't received your tracking details within 2 business days of ordering, WhatsApp us at +91 95823 39969 with your order number.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Email us at support@carryallco.com with your order number and a clear photo or short video of the issue. Our team will review within 48 hours and confirm eligibility. If approved, we'll guide you through sending the piece to our Varanasi unit — we cover return shipping back to you. One complimentary claim per piece, valid on full-price purchases.
