Most jewellery uses a 0.5 micron gold coating. Ours is 2 microns — four times thicker. We use Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD) plating, a process where gold is bonded to the metal at a molecular level under vacuum pressure. The result is a finish that doesn't chip, fade, or tarnish.
