We stand fully behind our demifine pieces. This policy applies to all Demifine 18K Gold Plated products, including the Men's Demifine collection.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • All return and exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. This is non-negotiable.

  • Return or exchange must be completed within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be unworn with all tags intact and returned with the original box, pouch, and card.

  • Jewellery must not have been resized or altered.

  • Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging seal has been broken unless a manufacturing defect or wrong item is confirmed by unboxing video.

  • Damage and manufacturing defect claims require a continuous, uncut unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened.

  • To raise a request, email support@carryallco.com or WhatsApp +91 95823 39969 within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Reverse pickup is available in most serviceable pincodes.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If a replacement is unavailable, store credit or bank refund may be offered.

Important

  • Damage caused during return transit due to improper packing is not covered.

  • Lost return shipments are not covered by Carryallco.

Our American Diamond collection is exchange-only.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Exchange process must be completed within 7 days.

  • No returns or refunds.

  • Exchanges are only available for:

    • Wrong item sent

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Damage in transit

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for all claims.

  • Reverse pickup is available in most serviceable pincodes.

  • Size or style exchanges are not available.

All 925 Sterling Silver products are final sale.

Final Sale Policy

  • No returns or exchanges after delivery.

  • Manufacturing defects or wrong items must be reported within 24 hours with an unboxing video and photos.

  • Tarnishing is a natural property of genuine silver and is not considered a defect.

  • Please confirm size, length, and design details before ordering.

PACKAGING & REFUND DEDUCTIONS

Please return all original packaging.

Missing or damaged packaging may result in deductions from bank refunds.

Store Credit Benefits

  • Zero deductions

  • Full refund amount credited

  • Additional 10% bonus credit

  • No gateway fees

  • No shipping deductions

  • No packaging deductions

Example:
A ₹1,500 refund becomes ₹1,650 in store credit.

Bank Refund Deductions

The following may be deducted:

  • 2% payment gateway fee

  • 1% handling fee

  • Initial shipping charge

  • Return shipping charge

  • Missing packaging costs


GIFT ORDERS

  • The 24-hour request window starts when the package is delivered.

  • Refunds are always issued to the original purchaser.

  • Store credit is recommended when gifting.


REFUND OPTIONS

Option 1: Bank Refund

  • Refunded to original payment method

  • Processed within 5–7 business days after approval

  • Subject to applicable deductions

Option 2: Store Credit (Recommended)

  • Zero deductions

  • Additional 10% bonus credit

  • Added instantly after approval

  • Never expires

  • Valid on all collections


STORE CREDIT TERMS

  • No deductions of any kind

  • Additional 10% bonus credit

  • Never expires

  • Valid across all collections

  • Non-transferable

  • Can be used partially

One-Cycle Rule

Orders placed using store credit are eligible only for bank refund if returned later. Store credit cannot be reissued on a store-credit order.


EXCHANGE RULES

  • Maximum one exchange per order

  • Same-value or lower-value exchanges only

  • Higher-value exchanges require payment of the difference

  • ₹99 processing fee applies to non-defect exchanges

  • Photo evidence is required for all exchanges

  • Original packaging must be returned

  • Repeated or suspicious claims may be declined

Products showing signs of wear will not qualify for exchange.

Step 4: Refund or Exchange

  • Refunds processed within 5–7 business days

  • Exchanges dispatched within 3–5 business days after approval
