Yes. All Carryallco demifine jewellery uses 18K PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) gold plating over 316L stainless steel. This bonding process is far more durable than traditional gold plating — it won't tarnish, won't fade, and is completely waterproof. What is American Diamond / CZ jewellery?
American Diamond is the popular Indian name for Cubic Zirconia (CZ) — a lab-grown stone that closely resembles a diamond in brilliance and clarity. What is 18K gold plated vs 18K solid gold?
18K solid gold contains 75% pure gold and is priced in lakhs. 18K gold plated jewellery has a layer of 18K gold applied over a base metal (in our case, surgical-grade stainless steel). Carryallco uses PVD plating — a vacuum-bonded coating that is significantly thicker and more durable than standard electroplated jewellery, giving you the look of fine gold without the price.

What warranty does Carryallco offer?
All Carryallco demifine jewellery comes with a 5-year anti-tarnish warranty. If your piece tarnishes within 5 years of purchase under normal wear conditions, we will replace it. American Diamond and 925 sterling silver pieces carry a 1-year warranty.
Is Carryallco jewellery hypoallergenic?
Yes. All Carryallco demifine jewellery is made from 316L surgical-grade stainless steel, which is nickel-free and hypoallergenic — safe for sensitive skin. Our 925 sterling silver pieces are also nickel-free. If you have a severe metal allergy, we recommend our PVD stainless steel range.

925 sterling silver means the metal is 92.5% pure silver alloyed with 7.5% copper for strength. Carryallco's silver pieces are hallmarked and come with rhodium or gold plating to enhance durability. They are nickel-free, hypoallergenic, and safe for daily wear.
Can I return or exchange my order?
