What counts as "offer or discount used"
Any sale price, coupon or discount code, promotional offer, bundle or combo, Buy 1 Get 1, multi-buy offer, or other discounted pricing. If any of these applied to the piece, it follows the "Any offer or discount used" column.
Problems at delivery are not handled here
Damaged, wrong, missing, or visibly defective items at delivery — on every collection, including American Diamond — must be reported within 24 hours of delivery under our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy. Ring size exchanges are also handled there (within 3 days of delivery). This Warranty Policy covers manufacturing defects that appear after delivery.

Coverage

18K PVD Gold-Plated — Full Price

Full-price pieces carry our tiered 5-Year Warranty, with one complimentary warranty service per physical piece during the warranty period. Depending on the issue and inspection, the complimentary service may be replating, repair, or replacement.

Anti-tarnish — 5 years
If your piece tarnishes from normal daily wear within 5 years, we'll replate or replace it — free, once per piece.
Structural defects — 5 years
A piece failing due to faulty construction is covered for the full term. We repair or replace it at no cost.
Functional parts — 90 days
Clasps, jump rings, and stone settings are covered against manufacturing defects for 90 days from delivery. After this, loosening, stone loss, or clasp failure is treated as normal wear.
After your free service
Once the one complimentary service has been used, further repair or replating is available as a paid service.

Coverage

18K PVD Gold-Plated — Offer or Discount Used

Pieces bought with any offer or discount are covered for 6 months from delivery against verified manufacturing defects. If a defect is confirmed, we repair or replace the piece free of charge.

  • ✓ Paid repair and paid replating are available — for tarnish, plating wear, or any issue after 6 months — subject to inspection and technical feasibility

Coverage

American Diamond & Vegan Handbags

  • American Diamond: No warranty, and no complimentary or paid repair or replating service. Damaged, wrong, missing, or visibly defective items at delivery are covered under our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy (report within 24 hours).
  • Vegan Leather Handbags — full price: 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, such as stitching failure, zipper or clasp malfunction, and material delamination. Scratches, colour fading, and damage from overloading are not covered.
  • Vegan Leather Handbags — offer or discount used: No warranty. Issues at delivery are covered under our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.

Paid Services

Paid Repair & Replating

Available for 18K PVD Gold-Plated jewellery only — after your complimentary service is used, after the warranty period ends, or for pieces bought with an offer or discount.

  • Subject to inspection and technical feasibility — some pieces or damage types may not be repairable.
  • The exact charge, including shipping, is shared with you after inspection and before any work is carried out. Nothing is done without your approval.
  • If you decline the quote, the piece is returned to you; return shipping for a declined quote is payable by you.
  • Not available for American Diamond jewellery.

Eligibility

Claim Requirements

Every claim must include the following before it can be reviewed.

  • Valid Carryallco order number — for a purchase made directly on carryallco.com.
  • Clear photos or a short video of the issue — at least 3 multi-angle photos in good lighting.
  • Claim raised within the applicable warranty period.
  • Piece unaltered and not repaired by any third party.
How we assess claims
All claims are individually inspected. The remedy depends on the nature and cause of the issue, the purchase type, the applicable warranty terms, and inspection of the piece. We may request additional evidence and may decline claims where the evidence is insufficient — including where tarnishing appears to result from chemical exposure or not following care instructions rather than normal wear. Fraudulent claims may result in account suspension.

How to Make a Claim

Initial review
Our quality team reviews your photos within 48–72 hours and tells you whether the piece should be sent in.

Send the piece to our Varanasi unit
We'll share the address and arrange a reverse pickup where your pincode is serviceable. Pack securely and keep the tracking number.

Inspection & service
For free warranty claims, the replated, repaired, or replacement piece is dispatched within 7–10 business days of approval, with shipping both ways covered by us. For paid services, you receive a quote first.

Exclusions

What's Not Covered

  • ✗ Loss or theft
  • ✗ Tarnishing or plating wear caused by perfume, lotion, sanitiser, harsh chemicals, or not following care instructions (normal-wear tarnishing on full-price 18K PVD Gold-Plated pieces is covered)
  • ✗ Damage from improper storage
  • ✗ Accidental damage, or damage caused by impact, bending, or physical force
  • ✗ Normal wear on functional parts (clasps, jump rings, stone settings) after 90 days
  • ✗ Pieces repaired, altered, or tampered with by any third party
  • ✗ Pieces purchased from third-party resellers or unauthorised channels
  • ✗ Claims raised after the warranty period has expired
  • ✗ A second complimentary claim on a piece already serviced free under this warranty (paid service remains available for Gold-Plated pieces)
  • ✗ American Diamond jewellery, and Vegan Handbags bought with any offer or discount
  • ✗ Minor variations in gold tone due to lighting or photography / display settings
  • ✗ Microscopic marks from the manufacturing process
  • ✗ Unplated or minimally plated concealed contact points created during the PVD coating process that are not visible during normal wear

Manufacturing Note

PVD Coating — Manufacturing Characteristics

Our jewellery is coated using 18K Gold PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) technology — a vacuum-bonding process that creates a gold layer more durable than standard electroplating. It's this process that lets us stand behind a 5-Year Anti-Tarnish Warranty on full-price pieces.

During the PVD process, small concealed or non-visible contact points — such as the inner side of jump rings, clasp contact areas, chain connectors, or surfaces used to hold the jewellery during coating — may not receive the same level of plating. These areas are not visible during normal wear and are an inherent characteristic of the PVD manufacturing process.

This characteristic does not affect the appearance, durability, or performance of the jewellery and is not considered a manufacturing defect eligible for warranty claims.

This warranty is valid only on purchases made directly through carryallco.com and is offered in addition to — not in place of — your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Where this policy conflicts with applicable law, applicable law prevails. Warranty decisions are made at Carryallco's reasonable discretion after inspection. This policy is governed by the laws of India. Subject to your right to approach the Consumer Commission having jurisdiction where you reside or work, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
