What's Covered

Every full-price Carryallco piece comes with the following — completely free within the warranty period.

Replating
If your gold plating fades through normal everyday wear, we replate it back to original finish at no cost.
Resizing
Rings resized up to two sizes up or down. Contact us before sending — some designs cannot be resized.
Repairs
Broken clasp, bent pendant, loose stone from a manufacturing defect — we repair and return as good as new.
Accidental damage
Genuine one-time accidental breakage within warranty — assessed case-by-case and replaced once if approved.

Eligibility

Claim Requirements

Every claim must satisfy all of the following before it will be reviewed.

  • Unboxing video — mandatory without exception. A continuous, uncut video showing the sealed package being opened and the defect visible at time of delivery.
  • Valid Carryallco order number. Must be verifiable in our system from carryallco.com.
  • Clear, multi-angle photos of the defect. Minimum 3 photos in good lighting.
  • Claim raised within the warranty period.
  • Piece unaltered by third parties.
How we verify claims
All claims are reviewed individually. We reserve the right to request additional evidence or decline claims where evidence is insufficient. Fraudulent claims may result in permanent account suspension.

Process

How to Make a Claim

Gather all required documents first
Order number, unboxing video, clear photos of defect, piece unaltered. Do not email without all of these.

Email our warranty team
Send to support@carryallco.com with subject: "Warranty Claim – [Your Order Number]".

Wait for our review decision
Our quality team reviews claims within 48–72 hours and will email a decision.
4
Ship the piece to our Varanasi unit
Once approved, we'll send the shipping address. Keep the courier receipt and tracking number.

Receive your piece back
Repaired, replated, or replaced piece dispatched within 7–10 business days. We cover return shipping.

  • ✗ Pieces repaired, altered, or tampered with by any third party
  • ✗ Pieces purchased from third-party resellers or unauthorised channels
  • ✗ Claims raised after the warranty period has expired
  • ✗ Second or subsequent claims on a piece already serviced under this warranty
  • ✗ All items purchased in the ₹999 Special Sale
  • ✗ Minor variations in gold tone due to lighting or photography/display settings
  • ✗ Microscopic marks from the manufacturing process
  • ✗ Unplated or minimally plated concealed contact points created during the PVD coating process that are not visible during normal wear
  • ✗ Normal wear and tear over extended use
  • ✗ Damage caused by impact, bending, or physical force

This warranty is valid exclusively on purchases made directly through carryallco.com. One complimentary claim per physical piece across all coverage categories. Carryallco's decisions on warranty claims are final and binding. This warranty is in addition to — not in replacement of — any statutory rights you may hold under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India).

Manufacturing Note

PVD Coating — Manufacturing Characteristics

Our jewellery is coated using advanced 18K Gold PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) technology — a vacuum-bonding process that creates a gold layer 3–5× thicker than standard electroplating.

During the PVD process, small concealed or non-visible contact points — such as the inner side of jump rings, clasp contact areas, chain connectors, or surfaces used to hold the jewellery during coating — may not receive the same level of plating. These areas are not visible during normal wear and are an inherent characteristic of the PVD manufacturing process. This is an industry-standard characteristic, not a manufacturing defect.

This characteristic does not affect the appearance, durability, or performance of the jewellery and is not considered a manufacturing defect eligible for warranty claims.
