What’s Covered
Your Carryallco warranty covers all of the following, completely free of charge within the warranty period:
Replating
If your gold plating fades or loses its shine over time, we’ll replate it back to its original finish at no cost.
Resizing
Rings can be resized up to two sizes up or down. Contact us before sending — some designs cannot be resized due to their configuration.
Repairs
Broken clasp, bent pendant, loose stone — we’ll repair your piece and return it as good as new.
Accidental Damage
If your piece breaks unexpectedly within the warranty period, we’ll replace it free of charge, once per item.

One complimentary claim per physical piece. For example, if you claim a free replating, you cannot also claim a free accidental breakage replacement for the same item. After the single claim is used, all further services are available at a small fee.

Items purchased during the Demifine Special Sale at ₹999 are offered at a heavily discounted price and are sold strictly as final sale. No returns, exchanges, or warranty claims apply to these purchases.

How to Make a Claim
It’s simple. Just follow these four steps:

Email us
Send an email to support@carryallco.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. If the piece is broken, an unboxing-style video helps speed up the process.

Get approved
Our team will review your claim within 48 hours and confirm whether it qualifies under the warranty. We’ll let you know what happens next.

Ship your piece
Once approved, pack your piece carefully and ship it to our address. We’ll cover the cost of return shipping back to you.

Receive it back
Your repaired, replated, or replaced piece will be on its way back to you within 7–10 business days.

What’s Not Covered
Just to be upfront, the warranty does not cover:
- Loss or theft of the piece
- Damage caused by improper storage, chemicals, or perfumes
- Normal wear and tear beyond what replating can restore
- Purchases made through third-party resellers or marketplaces
- Items without proof of purchase from carryallco.com
Fine Print
Warranty is valid on purchases made directly through carryallco.com. One complimentary claim per physical piece. Carryallco reserves the right to request supporting evidence (order invoice, photos, or unboxing video) before processing any claim.
This warranty is offered voluntarily by Carryallco and is in addition to any statutory rights you may have under applicable Indian consumer protection law.
