Replating
If your gold plating fades through normal everyday wear, we replate it back to original finish at no cost.

Resizing
Rings resized up to two sizes up or down. Contact us before sending — some designs cannot be resized due to their stone setting.

Repairs
Broken clasp, bent pendant, loose stone from a manufacturing defect — we repair and return your piece as good as new.

Accidental damage
Genuine one-time accidental breakage within the warranty period — assessed case-by-case and replaced once per item if approved.

One claim per piece — across all categories. If you claim free replating, you cannot also claim accidental breakage replacement for the same item. All claims are individually verified before approval. Carryallco reserves the right to decline claims that do not meet the eligibility requirements below.

Claim Requirements

Every claim must satisfy all of the following before it will be reviewed. Claims missing any of these requirements will not be processed — no exceptions, no follow-ups.

All of the following are mandatory to submit a claim
  • Unboxing video — mandatory without exception. A continuous, uncut video showing the sealed package being opened and the defect visible at the time of delivery. Videos that are edited, cut, start after opening, or show the item already removed from packaging will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  • Valid Carryallco order number. Your order must be verifiable in our system with a purchase from carryallco.com. Claims without a valid order number, or orders from third-party resellers, will not be reviewed.
  • Clear, multi-angle photos of the defect. Minimum 3 photos showing the issue from different angles in good lighting. Blurry, cropped, or single-angle photos will delay or disqualify the claim.
  • Claim raised within the warranty period. The date of the email to us is the date of claim — not when the damage occurred. Claims raised after the warranty period expires are not eligible regardless of when the issue arose.
  • Piece unaltered by third parties. Pieces that have been repaired, modified, resized, or tampered with by anyone other than Carryallco will automatically disqualify the claim.
How we verify claims
All claims are reviewed by our quality team before any approval is given. We assess each case individually. We reserve the right to request additional evidence, arrange a video call inspection, or decline claims where evidence is insufficient, inconsistent, or where the damage pattern is inconsistent with normal wear or a genuine manufacturing defect. Customer accounts with repeated claims will be subject to enhanced scrutiny. Fraudulent or misleading claims may result in permanent account suspension.
What disqualifies a claim instantly — no review will be conducted
Your claim will be rejected without review if: (a) no unboxing video is provided; (b) the order cannot be verified in our system; (c) the piece shows chemical damage, perfume exposure, or third-party tampering; (d) the piece was purchased in the ₹999 Special Sale; (e) the piece was bought from a marketplace or unauthorised reseller; (f) the claim is raised after the warranty period; (g) the piece has already been claimed under this warranty. Once rejected on these grounds, the decision is final.

How to Make a Claim

Follow all five steps exactly. Incomplete submissions will not be reviewed until all required documents are provided.

Gather all required documents first
Before contacting us, confirm you have: your order number, an unboxing video, clear photos of the defect, and that your piece is unaltered. Do not email us without all of these — incomplete claims are held, not reviewed.

Email our warranty team
Send to support@carryallco.com with subject: "Warranty Claim – [Your Order Number]". Include your order number, a written description of the issue, your unboxing video (upload to Google Drive or WeTransfer if large), and a minimum of 3 photos.

Wait for our review decision
Our quality team reviews claims within 48–72 hours. We may ask for additional evidence or a video call. Approval is not automatic — each claim is assessed individually. You will receive a written decision via email. If declined, the reason will be clearly stated.

Ship the piece to our Varanasi unit
Once approved, we'll send you the shipping address. Pack the piece securely with adequate padding — damage in transit due to poor packing is not covered. Keep the courier receipt and tracking number as proof of dispatch.

Receive your piece back
Your repaired, replated, or replaced piece will be dispatched within 7–10 business days of receipt at our unit. We cover return shipping. You'll receive a tracking number once dispatched.

Items in the ₹999 Demifine Trial Sale are offered at a heavily subsidised price to allow new customers to experience our quality. These are final sale — no exceptions, no case-by-case reviews.

  • No returns — all ₹999 sale purchases are final, regardless of reason
  • No exchanges — size, colour, or style cannot be changed under any circumstance
  • No warranty — neither the 5-year nor the 6-month warranty applies to ₹999 trial items
  • No warranty claims — defect, damage, plating, or breakage claims will not be accepted or reviewed
  • No cancellations — once confirmed and dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled
  • No transit damage claims — replacement or compensation for items damaged in transit is not available
  • No exceptions — these terms apply universally and are not negotiable on a case-by-case basis

₹999 trial pieces are sold at a fraction of production cost to give new customers a risk-free way to experience Carryallco quality. By placing a ₹999 sale order, you confirm you have read and fully accept these terms. What's Not Covered

The following are explicitly excluded from all warranty coverage, regardless of when the issue occurred or how the request is framed.

  • Loss or theft of the piece under any circumstances
  • Damage caused by contact with perfume, lotion, sanitiser, chemicals, saltwater, or cleaning agents
  • Damage from improper storage — contact with other metals, direct sunlight, or humid environments
  • Natural tarnishing of 925 Sterling Silver — this is a property of genuine silver and is not a defect
  • Plating wear caused by excessive sweating, daily water contact, or failure to follow care instructions
  • Pieces repaired, altered, resized, or tampered with by any third party
  • Pieces purchased from third-party resellers, marketplaces, or unauthorised channels
  • Pieces without a verifiable order number from carryallco.com
  • Claims raised after the warranty period has expired
  • Claims where no unboxing video is provided for defect or damage claims
  • Second or subsequent claims on a piece that has already been serviced under this warranty
  • All items purchased in the ₹999 Special Sale — no exceptions
