At Carryallco, we stand behind the quality of our jewellery. Every full-priced 18K Gold Plated demi-fine purchase includes a 5-year limited warranty so your favourite pieces stay with you for years.
✅ What’s Covered
We cover plating protection for signs of:
- Tarnishing
- Fading
- Peeling
with proper care. Also covered are pre-existing damages or manufacturing defects reported within the warranty period.
If repair isn't possible, we may replace your item with one of equal value at our discretion.
🚫 What’s Not Covered
This warranty excludes:
- Damage from mishandling, negligence, impact, or accidents
- Unauthorized repairs or alterations
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, dullness)
- Surface finish or colour changes over time
- Loss of stones or embellishments
- Effects of natural exposure to sweat, water, perfumes, or friction
- Improper storage or usage beyond intended purpose
