Delivery

How Long Will It Take?

We ship pan-India via trusted courier partners. All estimated delivery times are from the date of dispatch — not the date of order placement.

⏰ Express shipping orders placed after 5 PM will be treated as next-day orders — please add one business day to the estimate.

Dispatch

When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

Orders are processed and dispatched from our Varanasi unit on business days. Dispatch times depend on when your order is placed and the payment method used.

📦 Dispatch Timeline
  • Prepaid orders (UPI / card / net banking): Orders placed before 2 PM are typically dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM are dispatched the next business day.
  • COD orders: COD orders are verified before dispatch and may take an additional 24 hours to process. Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM will be dispatched on Monday (next business day).
  • Express shipping orders: Given priority dispatch. If placed before 2 PM on a business day, the order will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 5 PM are treated as next-day orders.
  • Peak periods: During sale events, festive seasons (Diwali, Navratri, Valentine's Day), and high-volume periods, dispatch may take up to 2 additional business days. We will communicate any delays via email and WhatsApp.
  • Sundays and public holidays: No dispatch occurs. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. Please allow up to 2 hours for tracking to activate after dispatch confirmation.

Cancellations

Can I Cancel My Order?

Cancellations are accepted only before your order is dispatched and a shipping label has been generated. Once dispatched, no cancellation is possible.

📦 Cancellation Policy
  • Before dispatch (Prepaid orders): Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 95823 39969 or email support@carryallco.com immediately. If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel and refund in full — minus the 2% Razorpay payment gateway fee. Processing time is 5–7 business days.
  • Before dispatch (COD orders): Simply refuse delivery when the courier arrives, or contact us to cancel before dispatch. No charges apply to COD cancellations.
  • Once shipping label is generated: The order has entered our dispatch pipeline and cannot be cancelled, even if it has not physically left our unit yet.
  • After dispatch: No cancellations accepted. You may initiate a return after delivery within your eligible return window — as applicable to your collection.
  • ₹999 Special Sale orders: Can be cancelled before dispatch label is generated only. Once a shipping label is created, cancellation is not possible under any circumstance. Please WhatsApp us immediately at +91 95823 39969 if you wish to cancel and we will check dispatch status.

Delivery Issues

Failed Deliveries & Undelivered Orders

In rare cases, orders may be returned to us by the courier if delivery could not be completed. Here is what happens in each scenario.

⚠️ Failed & Returned Shipments
  • If delivery is attempted and fails: The courier will typically make up to 3 delivery attempts before returning the package to us. Ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at checkout — we are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address or phone number.
  • If the package is returned to us: We will notify you via email and WhatsApp. You may choose to have the order re-shipped at an additional shipping charge, or receive a refund minus the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost incurred.
  • COD orders returned to sender: If a COD order is returned to us because the customer refused delivery or was unavailable, no refund is issued — the order is considered abandoned. Repeated COD refusals from the same address may result in COD being disabled for future orders from that account.
  • Prepaid orders returned to sender: A refund of the order value minus both the outward and return shipping charges will be processed within 5–7 business days of the order reaching our unit.
  • If your order shows delivered but you haven't received it: Contact us within 24 hours of the delivery confirmation on WhatsApp at +91 95823 39969 with your order number and tracking number. We will raise a dispute with the courier immediately. Claims raised after 24 hours of the delivery status update may not be accepted by the courier.

Receiving Your Order

Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. Taking a few simple steps will protect you in the rare event of an issue.

📸 What to Do When Your Order Arrives
  • Record an unboxing video: We strongly recommend recording a continuous, uncut video of yourself opening the package from the moment you receive it. This is mandatory for any damage or defect claim and will protect you fully if there is an issue.
  • Check the outer packaging: If the outer packaging shows signs of significant damage or tampering, note this on the delivery receipt before accepting. If damage is severe, you may refuse the delivery — contact us immediately at +91 95823 39969 if you do so.
  • Inspect the product immediately: Check that the item received matches your order in style, colour, and quantity. Any discrepancy must be reported within 24 hours of delivery — claims raised later cannot be processed.
  • Keep all packaging: Retain the original box, pouch, and card until you are certain you are keeping the item. Missing packaging may result in deductions from any refund.

International Orders

International Shipping

Carryallco ships to select international destinations including Canada, UAE, and the United Kingdom. International orders are subject to separate terms — please read before placing your order.

✈️ International Shipping Policy
  • Delivery timelines for international orders vary by destination and are communicated at checkout.
  • All applicable customs duties, import taxes, and local charges at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. Carryallco does not pre-pay duties on international shipments.
  • A tracking number is provided for all international shipments. Carryallco is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance at the destination country.
  • Standard Indian return and exchange policies do not apply to international orders. If you wish to return an item, you must ship it back to our Varanasi warehouse entirely at your own cost and risk.
  • Carryallco does not arrange or fund international return shipping. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, import fees, and any other charges incurred during transit.
  • Contact us first: Email support@carryallco.com before shipping anything back. Unverified international returns that arrive at our unit without prior approval will not be processed and will not be returned to you.
  • Carryallco is not responsible for items lost or damaged during international return transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured courier service.
  • International shipping costs: International shipping is charged at checkout based on the destination country and order weight. Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
  • Refused or undelivered international orders: If an international order is refused or undeliverable and returned to us, we will deduct both the outward and return international shipping charges before processing any refund. This amount can be significant for international shipments.
