DISPATCH TIMES
Orders are processed and shipped from our Varanasi facility on business days.
Prepaid Orders
Orders placed before 2 PM are generally dispatched on the same business day.
Orders placed after 2 PM are generally dispatched on the next business day.
Cash on Delivery Orders
COD orders require verification before dispatch and may take up to 24 additional hours to process.
Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday are generally dispatched on Monday.
Express Shipping Orders
Express orders receive priority processing.
Orders placed before 2 PM are generally dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 5 PM are treated as next-business-day orders.
Peak Season Delays
During major sales and festive periods such as Diwali, Navratri, Valentine's Day, and other high-volume events, dispatch may require up to 2 additional business days.
Tracking Information
Tracking details are sent via WhatsApp and Email once the order is dispatched.
Please allow up to 2 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch confirmation.
If you require urgent delivery, please contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order and we will confirm the earliest dispatch date available for your pincode.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch and before a shipping label has been generated.
Prepaid Orders
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel it and process a refund.
A 2% payment gateway fee may be deducted from prepaid order cancellations.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
COD Orders
COD orders may be cancelled before dispatch without any cancellation fee.
Once a Shipping Label Is Generated
Once a shipping label has been generated, the order enters our dispatch process and cannot be cancelled, even if it has not physically left our facility.
After Dispatch
Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
Where applicable, customers may request a return after delivery in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy for their collection.
₹999 Trial Sale Orders
₹999 Trial Sale orders can only be cancelled before a shipping label is generated.
Once a shipping label has been created, cancellation is not possible under any circumstances.
FAILED DELIVERIES & RETURNED SHIPMENTS
Courier partners generally attempt delivery up to three times before returning a package.
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at checkout.
If Your Package Is Returned To Us
You may choose one of the following:

COD Orders Returned To Sender
If a COD order is returned because delivery was refused or the customer was unavailable:

No refund will be issued.

The order will be considered abandoned.

Repeated COD refusals may result in COD being disabled for future orders.
Prepaid Orders Returned To Sender
Refunds will be processed after deducting:

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after the package reaches our facility.
Delivered But Not Received
If your tracking information shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 24 hours of the delivery update.
Please provide your order number and tracking number so that we can raise a courier investigation immediately.
Claims raised after 24 hours may not be accepted by the courier.
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
Record An Unboxing Video
We strongly recommend recording a continuous, uncut unboxing video from the moment you receive your package.
An unboxing video is mandatory for any claim involving:

Check The Outer Packaging
If the outer packaging appears damaged or tampered with, please note this with the courier before accepting delivery.
If the damage is severe, you may refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
