    What size are your American Diamond rings?

    All our American Diamond rings are adjustable — they fit most finger sizes comfortably. Simply adjust the open band gently to your size. We recommend not over-adjusting to maintain the shape of the piece. If you have a specific size requirement, WhatsApp us at +91 95823 39969 before ordering.
    What length are your necklaces?

    Most of our American Diamond necklaces come at a standard 18 inches (approximately 45cm) with an extender — giving you flexibility to wear it shorter or longer depending on your outfit. Our long necklace range is available in different lengths up to 60cm. The exact length is mentioned in each product description. If you're unsure, WhatsApp us before ordering.
    What is your return and exchange policy?

    Return and exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery — no exceptions. Once raised, the process is completed within 7 days. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact. An unboxing video is mandatory for all claims — we cannot process requests without it. We arrange a reverse pickup from your doorstep in most cases.

Free replating is available within the first year — one claim per piece. From year 2 to 5, replating is available at a minimal fee.
