No, we offer free shipping on all orders within India.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally to select countries. The shipping fee and delivery time will be calculated at checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment. You can also track your order anytime by clicking the "Track My Order" option on our website.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our delivery timelines:

  • Noida Extension – 1 business day
  • Delhi NCR – 3 business days
  • Metro Cities – 5 business days
  • Rest of India – 7 business days (J&K and North-East: 12 days)

Returns & Refunds

What is Carryallco's return policy?

  • Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • The return shipping fee ranges between ₹100 – ₹150, depending on the location.
  • If the product is damaged upon delivery, return charges will not apply.
  • Discounted items and orders placed during sales, bundle offers, or with coupons are final sale and not eligible for returns or buyback.

What is Carryallco’s refund policy?

  • Refunds are issued as a Carryallco store credit voucher after we receive the product in perfect condition.
  • Handling charges of ₹100–₹150 will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • No refunds will be provided for damaged or used items.

Lifetime Buy Back Policy

Carryallco offers a Lifetime Buy Back Policy on all purchases made in India. You can ship the product to our Greater Noida office or visit in person. The buyback value is calculated as:

  • 0 to 6 months – 50% of the purchase value credited to your Carryallco account.
  • 6 to 12 months – 25% of the purchase value credited to your Carryallco account.
  • After 12 months – 15% of the purchase value credited to your Carryallco account.

Important: Products bought during sales, with coupons, or as part of bundle offers are not eligible for buyback.


How to Pack a Return

  • Securely pack the jewelry as you received it using bubble wrap and butter paper.
  • Wrap the box properly with 2-inch wide sellotape.
  • Attach the shipping label provided by Carryallco and seal it with another layer of tape.

Proper packaging is necessary to ensure safe transit and eligibility for refunds or exchanges.

Can I return the product via my preferred courier?

Yes! You can use any courier service of your choice. However:

  • The product must be shipped within 3 days of delivery.
  • You must share the tracking ID with us immediately after shipping.

Exchanges & Support

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, exchanges are available for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability. Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

How long does an exchange take?

Exchanges are processed within 3 business days after receiving the original item.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

We accept COD orders. However, if your address is flagged as high-risk, a ₹200 partial payment will be required.
