Our American Diamond pieces are crafted for everyday wear. Please review the exchange terms carefully before ordering.
- Exchange window: 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Request deadline: Exchange request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- How to raise: WhatsApp us at +91 95823 39969 or email support@carryallco.com with your order number and an unboxing video.
- Condition: Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- What we cover: Wrong item sent, manufacturing defect, or damage in transit.
- We do not offer size exchanges on American Diamond pieces — please check the size guide before ordering.
⚠️ Unboxing video required. An unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange requests on American Diamond pieces. We are unable to process claims without it. Please record your unboxing before opening the packaging.
Returns & Exchanges
Demifine 18K Gold Collection
We stand fully behind our demifine pieces. If it's not right, we'll make it right — with one of the most generous return windows in Indian jewellery.
- Return / exchange window: 100 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: The piece must be unused and unworn. Jewellery that has been worn, resized, or altered is not eligible.
- How to raise: Email support@carryallco.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address at no additional cost.
- Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested item.
The 100-day window is one of the most generous return policies in Indian demifine jewellery. We offer it because we stand behind the quality of every piece. The only condition: the piece must not have been worn.

How to Raise a Return or Exchange
WhatsApp us at +91 95823 39969 or email support@carryallco.com within your eligible window. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. For American Diamond, have your unboxing video ready.
Our team reviews your request within 24–48 hours and confirms whether it qualifies. We'll let you know the next steps and arrange a reverse pickup if approved.
Once the item is received and inspected, your refund or exchange is processed within 5–7 business days. You'll be notified at every step.
⚠️ Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unverified returns cannot be processed and may be sent back at your cost.
