We stand fully behind our demifine pieces. This policy applies to all Demifine 18K Gold Plated products, including the Men's Demifine collection.

✦ Demifine 18K Gold — Return & Exchange Policy
  • Request deadline — 24 hours: All return and exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. This is non-negotiable. Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not qualify, regardless of condition or circumstance.
  • Return / exchange window: 7 days from the date of delivery. The request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, and the return or exchange completed within 7 days.
  • Condition required: Unworn, all tags intact, original box, pouch, and card included. Jewellery must not have been resized or altered in any way.
  • Non-returnable items: Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons once the packaging seal has been broken, unless a manufacturing defect or wrong item is confirmed by unboxing video. This applies to all earring styles across the Demifine range.
  • Unboxing video — mandatory for damage & defect claims: If your return reason is damage in transit or a manufacturing defect, a continuous uncut unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened is mandatory. Claims without an unboxing video cannot be processed.
  • How to raise a request: Email support@carryallco.com with your order number, reason for return, and unboxing video (if applicable) within 24 hours of delivery. WhatsApp at +91 95823 39969 is also accepted.
  • Reverse pickup: We arrange a reverse pickup from your doorstep in most serviceable pincodes. If your area is not serviceable, we will guide you to self-ship to our Varanasi address.
  • If reverse pickup is arranged — mandatory steps: Record a continuous packing video. Write the return address clearly on the outer packaging. Seal the package fully so the pickup person cannot open it. Hand over only after confirming it is labelled and sealed correctly. Keep your packing video and the courier tracking number — these are essential if anything goes wrong in transit.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested item. If the replacement is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a bank refund.
  • All exchanges are subject to the Exchange Rules & Fair Use conditions in this policy. All returns are subject to the Store Credit terms if store credit is chosen as the refund method.

⚠️ Damage during return transit: If jewellery arrives at our unit damaged due to improper packing, it will not be eligible for return or exchange and will be sent back to you at an additional shipping cost. Carryallco is not responsible for damage caused during return shipping. If unsure about packing, take it to a nearby Blue Dart, DTDC, or Delhivery branch for professional packing assistance.

⚠️ Lost in transit: If your return shipment is lost in transit, Carryallco cannot process the return or provide any compensation. Your packing video and sealed package images can be used to raise a claim directly with the courier. We will assist with courier contact details — however, compensation from the courier is entirely at their discretion and is not guaranteed by Carryallco.

Our American Diamond pieces are crafted for everyday and occasion wear. Please review the exchange terms carefully before ordering — returns are not accepted for this collection.

  • Request deadline — 24 hours: Your exchange request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. No exceptions. Requests raised after this window will not be accepted.

  • No returns: American Diamond pieces are not eligible for refund or return — only exchanges for manufacturing defects, wrong items sent, or damage in transit.
  • Eligible reasons for exchange: Wrong item sent, confirmed manufacturing defect, or visible damage caused during transit — verified by unboxing video.
  • Condition required: Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact. Worn or used items will not be accepted.

925 Sterling Silver pieces are sold as final sale due to the nature of genuine precious metal jewellery. Please review the product details, size, and images carefully before ordering.

  • 925 Sterling Silver pieces are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered — for any reason.
  • Defect or wrong item: If you receive a manufacturing defect or a wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photos. We will assess and resolve at our discretion.
  • Tarnishing is not a defect: Natural tarnishing of sterling silver is a property of genuine silver and is not covered under any claim or return.

  • Manufacturing defects: If you receive a bag with a genuine manufacturing defect (stitching failure, hardware malfunction, material delamination), contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photos. Our 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects — subject to verification.
  • Wrong item sent: If you receive the wrong bag, contact us within 24 hours with an unboxing video. We will arrange an exchange immediately.
  • What is not covered: Scratches and scuffs from normal use, colour fading from sunlight or rain, damage from overloading or dropping, and any damage caused after delivery.

💡 Store credit — zero deductions, full amount back, plus 10% bonus credit. If your refund value is ₹1,500, you receive ₹1,650 as store credit. No gateway fee, no handling fee, no shipping charges, no packaging deductions — nothing. This is our way of rewarding customers who choose to stay with us.

Bank refunds: 2% payment gateway fee + 1% handling fee + initial shipping charge + return shipping charge + any missing packaging costs will be deducted. Exact shipping amounts communicated by our team at the time of approval.

Important: If your next order is placed using store credit, any return or exchange on that order will be eligible for bank refund only — store credit cannot be issued again on a store-credit order. The 10% bonus credit from the original return is non-transferable and non-refundable.


Gifting

Returns on Gifted Orders

If you purchased a Carryallco piece as a gift for someone else, the return and exchange policy remains the same — the 24-hour request window runs from the date of delivery to the shipping address on the order, not from when the recipient opens it.

  • Request window starts at delivery: The 24-hour window begins when the order is delivered to the shipping address — regardless of when the recipient opens the gift. We strongly recommend requesting returns or exchanges yourself if the gift is for a future occasion.
  • Refund goes to the purchaser: All refunds — bank or store credit — are issued to the original payment method or account of the person who placed the order. We cannot issue refunds to the recipient if they are a different person.
  • Store credit is the best gifting option: If you are unsure about size or design and want the recipient to choose, store credit is a flexible and clean solution — it never expires and works across all collections.
  • Gift messages: If you would like to include a personal gift message in the packaging, add a note at checkout or WhatsApp us at +91 95823 39969 before the order is dispatched. We will do our best to accommodate it.

Refunds

How Will You Get Your Money Back?

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, you may choose one of the following refund options. Store credit is always the better deal — we strongly recommend it.

💡 Store credit is always the better deal — zero deductions and a 10% bonus on top. On a ₹1,500 refund you receive ₹1,650 in store credit versus significantly less as a bank refund after all deductions. The only reason to choose bank refund is if you specifically need cash. If a future order is placed using store credit, any return on that order qualifies for bank refund only — store credit cannot be reissued on a store-credit order.


Store Credit

Store Credit — Full Terms

Store credit is the most generous refund option we offer. It is designed to make staying with Carryallco clearly worthwhile — and to keep the process simple for both sides.

🏆 Store Credit — How It Works
  • Zero deductions: No gateway fee, no handling fee, no shipping charges, no packaging deductions — the full approved refund amount is credited to your account, regardless of packaging condition or shipping costs incurred.
  • 10% bonus credit: On top of the full refund amount, we add a 10% bonus. A ₹1,500 refund becomes ₹1,650. A ₹2,000 refund becomes ₹2,200. The bonus is our way of saying thank you for staying with us.
  • Instant credit: Store credit is added to your Carryallco account within 24 hours of your return being approved and inspected — no waiting for bank processing.
  • Never expires: Your store credit has no expiry date. Use it on your next order or six months from now — it will be there.
  • Applicable on all collections: Store credit can be used on any Carryallco product — Demifine, American Diamond, 925 Sterling Silver, Vegan Handbags, or any future collection.
  • One-cycle rule — store credit orders: If your next order is placed using store credit (fully or partially), any return or exchange on that order will qualify for bank refund only. Store credit cannot be reissued on an order that was paid for using store credit. This rule applies even if only a portion of the order was paid using credit.
  • 10% bonus is non-refundable: If a store-credit order is returned, only the actual credit amount used is refunded (as a bank refund subject to standard deductions). The 10% bonus credited at the time of the original return is forfeited and cannot be reclaimed.
  • Non-transferable: Store credit is linked to the original customer account and cannot be transferred, gifted, or applied to a different account.
  • Partial use: Store credit can be used partially. If your credit is ₹1,650 and your order is ₹1,200, the remaining ₹450 stays in your account for future use. If your order exceeds your credit balance, you pay the difference via any available payment method.

⚠️ The one-cycle rule is firm: Orders placed using store credit — even partially — are not eligible for store credit refunds on return. This applies without exception and cannot be overridden by customer service. If you intend to return an item frequently, bank refund may be a more suitable choice for you.


Exchange Conditions

Exchange Rules & Fair Use

Exchanges are offered in good faith. The following conditions apply to all exchange requests across all eligible collections to ensure the system remains fair for every customer.

🔄 Exchange Terms & Conditions
  • One exchange per order — maximum: Each order number is eligible for one exchange only. If a further issue arises on the replacement piece, you may raise a new request — however this will be assessed as a return subject to standard deductions, not a second exchange. This rule applies without exception.
  • Same or lower value only: Exchanges are only permitted for items of equal or lesser value to the original piece. If you wish to exchange for a higher-value item, you must pay the price difference before dispatch. We will share a payment link for the difference at the time of approval.
  • ₹99 processing fee for non-defect exchanges: Exchanges raised for wrong size, change of preference, or change of mind carry a flat ₹99 processing fee. This fee is waived entirely for exchanges due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or wrong item sent by us.
  • Photo evidence mandatory for all exchanges: All exchange requests — regardless of reason — must be accompanied by a clear photo of the piece placed on or next to the original packaging, with the order number visible. For defect or transit damage claims, an unboxing video is additionally required. Requests without photo evidence will not be reviewed.
  • Return shipping on a second exchange: If a second exchange is exceptionally approved on the same order at our sole discretion, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping cost. Forward shipping on the replacement remains covered by Carryallco.
  • Packaging must be returned with all exchanges: The original box, pouch, and card must accompany all exchange requests. Missing or damaged packaging will be deducted from any future refund value associated with that order.
  • Misuse and repeated claims: Carryallco reserves the right to decline exchange requests where there is evidence of misuse, repeated pattern behaviour, or where the piece shows signs of wear inconsistent with the stated reason. Accounts with repeated or suspicious exchange requests will be flagged for review and may have exchange privileges suspended.

⚠️ Exchanges are not a rental service. Pieces returned showing signs of wear — scratches, bent findings, scuffed surfaces, or perfume residue — will be rejected on inspection and sent back to you at an additional shipping cost. The exchange will be void and no refund or replacement will be issued.

⚠️ The ₹99 non-defect exchange fee is non-refundable even if the exchange is subsequently declined on inspection. Ensure the piece is genuinely unworn before raising a non-defect exchange request.


Process

How to Raise a Return or Exchange

Follow all four steps. Do not send items back without going through this process — unsolicited returns cannot be processed.

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and your unboxing video. We will not process requests without an order number and unboxing video for defect or damage claims.

We Confirm Eligibility

Our team reviews your request within 24–48 hours. We assess each request individually — approval is not automatic. If approved, we will share detailed packing instructions and the return address. If rejected, we will clearly state the reason.

Pack & Ship Carefully

Pack the jewellery securely in the original box with adequate padding. If a courier branch is nearby (Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery), drop it there for professional packing. If we arrange a reverse pickup: record a continuous packing video, write the return address clearly on the outer packaging, seal the package fully so the pickup person cannot open it, and hand it over only once it is fully sealed and labelled. Keep your packing video and the tracking number safe.

Refund or Exchange Processed

Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange is processed within 5–7 business days. For exchanges, the replacement piece is dispatched within 3–5 business days of us receiving and approving your return — at no extra shipping cost to you. For bank refunds, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to process the credit. You will be notified at every step via email and WhatsApp.

⚠️ Do not send items back without prior approval from our team. Unapproved returns that arrive at our unit cannot be processed and will not be returned to you.

⚠️ Items damaged during return transit are not eligible for refund or exchange. If your return shipment is lost in transit, Carryallco cannot provide a refund or compensation. Use your packing video and sealed-package photos to raise a claim directly with the courier — compensation from the courier is entirely at their discretion.

Warranty

Product Warranty

Carryallco offers a limited warranty on manufacturing defects across eligible collections. Warranty does not cover damage from normal wear, misuse, or external causes.

  • Demifine 18K Gold & Men's Demifine: 5-year warranty on manufacturing defects — plating failure under normal wear conditions, stone falling out due to setting defect, or clasp malfunction. Does not cover physical damage, tarnishing from misuse, or normal wear and tear.
  • American Diamond: 6-month warranty on manufacturing defects — stone loss from setting failure, clasp failure, or visible plating defect. Does not cover tarnishing, physical damage, or worn pieces.
  • 925 Sterling Silver: 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects — structural failure, stone loss from setting defect. Natural tarnishing of silver is not a defect and is not covered.
  • Vegan Leather Handbags: 2-year warranty on manufacturing defects — stitching failure, zipper or clasp malfunction, material delamination. Does not cover scratches, colour fading, or damage from overloading.
  • ₹999 Trial Sale: No warranty of any kind. All ₹999 sale items are sold without warranty, coverage, or defect claims.
  • How to raise a warranty claim: Email support@carryallco.com with your order number, photos or video of the defect, and a brief description. We will assess and respond within 3–5 business days. Warranty claims are assessed individually and are subject to verification.
  • What warranty does not cover: Tarnishing from exposure to water, sweat, perfume, or chemicals; scratches and scuffs from normal use; physical damage from dropping or bending; discolouration from skin reaction; damage caused by improper storage.

💡 To prolong the life of your Carryallco pieces, store them in the pouch provided, avoid contact with perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals, and remove jewellery before swimming or bathing. These steps significantly extend the life of any plated jewellery.
