Replating

If you notice your vermeil jewellery losing its colour over time, we're happy to re-plate it for you.

Resizing

Our rings can be resized up to two sizes higher or lower than their original measurement. Please note that several designs can't be resized due to their configuration, so please contact Customer Care if you're unsure.

Repairing

Where possible, we'll repair your piece and send it back - good as new. If it's not fixable and you're still within your 5-year warranty, we'll offer you a direct replacement or voucher.

Note: The 5-year warranty is valid only on full-price purchases and can be availed once per product.
