A signature will be required upon delivery.
Pre-order and Made to Order items will ship on the estimated date noted on the product description page. These items will ship through Premium Express once available.
Returns
Returns may be made by mail or in store. You may initiate a return by selecting "Return this Item" from your MY CARRYALLCO account under order details, through your delivery confirmation email, or by contacting a Client Advisor. Once the request has been approved, you will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

If you notice your jewellery fading over time, we’re happy to offer a replating service for a small fee to restore its original shine.
RESIZING
Select ring styles can be resized up to two sizes up or down. However, due to design constraints, some pieces may not be resizable. If you're unsure, feel free to contact our Customer Care team.
REPAIRS
If damage occurs, we’ll do our best to repair your jewellery and return it to you looking as good as new for a small fee.
