Carryallco Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Carryallco, we take pride in crafting jewelry designed to be treasured for years. If, however, your purchase doesn’t feel quite right, our return and exchange process is made to be simple, safe, and transparent.

Scope: This Returns & Exchanges Policy applies primarily to our demi-fine jewellery. Special rules for American Diamond and Bags are listed in the section below.
Important: For demi-fine jewellery, American Diamond, and Bags — an unboxing video (see clause below) is required for replacement/return claims.

100-Day Return Window

Full-price demi-fine items can be returned within 100 days if unused and in original condition.

No Restocking Fees

We don’t charge hidden fees. Just ensure packaging and condition remain intact.

Flexible Refund Options

Choose between 6-month store credit or a bank refund (after minor deductions).

How Returns Work (Demi-fine Jewellery)

You may return any full-price demi-fine Carryallco product within 100 days of delivery, provided it is completely unused, unworn, and in its original condition. Please note: Items purchased with discounts, gift cards, or during promotions are not eligible for return under this policy.

One return is permitted per order. If you return an item and use the credit for a new purchase, the second order will not be returnable.

Return Conditions

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All packaging (box, pouch, cloth, tags) must be intact
  • Return must be shipped within 14 days of approval
  • Customer is responsible for secure packaging and courier
  • No restocking fees apply
  • If any packaging is missing or damaged, the equivalent value will be deducted before processing credit

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or engraved jewelry
  • Earrings once worn or tried on (for hygiene reasons)
  • Any item showing signs of wear
  • Products bought using coupon codes, gift cards, promotional discounts, or store credit

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, store credit (valid 6 months) will be issued within 5 working days
  • Credit can be applied to any purchase, including sale items
  • Orders placed with store credit are final and non-returnable

Prefer a refund to your bank account? Yes, it’s possible. A small deduction will apply to cover: – Forward shipping cost – Transaction fee – Packaging cost – If returned via our carrier, return shipping charges too

The remaining balance will be credited to your bank account within 5–7 working days.

Exchanges (Demi-fine Jewellery)

  • Exchanges are available on all demi-fine orders (full-price only)
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. After 3 days, exchanges will not be possible for demi-fine items.
  • Only a minimal shipping cost will apply
  • Exchanged items must meet all return conditions
  • Once approved and received, your replacement will be processed and shipped promptly

Lost or Damaged Returns

  • If a return is lost or arrives damaged due to poor packaging, we cannot process credit or exchange
  • Please use a reliable courier and always share tracking details with us
Important — Unboxing Video Requirement (Demi-fine, American Diamond & Bags)

For demi-fine jewellery, American Diamond, and Bags, please start recording a continuous video before you begin unboxing. The unboxing video must clearly show:

  • Package condition on arrival (box/labels/external packaging)
  • The act of opening/unboxing
  • Item condition immediately after removal from packaging
Why this matters: If an item arrives damaged, a replacement or refund can only be claimed when we receive the unboxing video as proof of transit/packaging damage. Without this unboxing video we will not accept returns or exchanges for these categories; in such cases we may only offer repair services at a minimal cost to the customer.

Special Rules — American Diamond & Bags

Items purchased from the American Diamond or Bags categories are governed by a stricter policy:

  • Return Window: You may return items within 3 days of delivery.
  • Raise Request: A return/exchange request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.
  • All returns for these categories must meet the standard return conditions (unused, original packaging, tags intact).

Additional Clauses & Protecting Against Fraudulent Claims

  • Inspection on Delivery: Inspect external packaging for visible damage before signing for the parcel. Note any visible damage with the courier and inform us immediately.
  • Evidence Requirement: For any return/exchange claim you must provide the order number, unboxing video, and clear photos showing the defect/damage. We may request additional close-up photos or videos for verification.
  • No Tampering: If we determine the item has been altered, cleaned, repaired, or used after delivery, the return/exchange will be denied.
  • Retain Packaging: Keep the original packaging (box, tags, pouch) for at least 14 days after delivery; missing packaging may lead to partial deductions from the refund.
  • Partial Refunds: If packaging or accessories are missing or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct the itemized replacement value from any refund or credit issued.
  • Claim Verification Period: We reserve up to 7 working days to inspect and verify returned items. During this time we may contact you for clarifications.
  • Repair Option: If evidence is insufficient for a replacement, we may offer repair at a minimal cost. If you decline repair, no refund/exchange will be provided.
  • Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to deny claims where evidence indicates misuse or fraudulent intent. Repeat or abusive misuse of returns may lead to account restriction.
  • Proof of Purchase: All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation. Returns without proof of purchase may be refused.
  • Serial Numbers & Authenticity: For items with serial numbers or authenticity cards, those must be returned intact. Tampered serials void return eligibility.
  • Third-Party Repairs: If you repair or alter the product through a third party before contacting us, we may refuse the claim.
  • Final Decision: Carryallco’s inspection and decision on return/exchange eligibility is final. If you disagree, we will explain the reasons and evidence considered.
