Returns - How Do I Return My Item?

We want you to love every piece you receive from Carryallco. However, if something isn’t quite right, returning it is easy and hassle-free.

Returns – How Does It Work?

You can return full-price Carryallco products within 100 days of delivery — only if the product is completely unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

You are welcome to visually inspect the jewellery at home, but please do not wear or try it on. Even a single use will make the product ineligible for return. Items purchased using coupon codes, gift cards, discounts, or during sales are not eligible for return.

Only one return is allowed per original order. If you return a product and use the store credit to place a new order, that second purchase cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be completely unused and in original condition
  • All packaging (jewelry box, pouch, cleaning cloth, tags, etc.) must be intact and undamaged
  • Return should be shipped back within 14 days of approval
  • Customers are responsible for safely shipping the item back to us
  • We do not charge return or restocking fees
  • If the Carryallco jewelry box or any packaging item is missing or damaged, appropriate deductions will be made from the store credit, and the customer will be informed before processing

Please reuse the original packaging for safer transit.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Customized or engraved jewelry
  • Earrings that have been worn or tried on
  • Items that show any signs of use
  • Products purchased using coupon codes, gift cards, or promotional discounts
  • Products purchased using store credit from a previous return

For hygiene reasons, we can only accept earring returns if both pieces are returned unused and sealed in their original pouch.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, a store credit (valid for 6 months) will be issued within 5 working days
  • Store credit can be used across all collections, including sale items
  • Orders placed using store credit are final and cannot be returned

Prefer a refund to your bank account? It is possible, but a deduction of ₹200 will apply, covering:
– ₹100 forward shipping cost
– ₹50 transaction fee
– ₹50 packaging cost
The remaining amount will be credited to your bank account within 5–7 working days of return approval.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed on all orders including full-price, discounted, and promotional items
  • Only a minimal shipping cost will be charged for exchanges
  • Product must meet all return conditions listed above
  • Once your return is received, your exchange will be processed and shipped

Lost/Damaged Returns

  • If your return shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged due to poor packing, we won’t be able to issue a credit or exchange
  • We recommend using a reliable courier and sharing tracking details with our team
