The package ships with Free Shipping.
A signature will be required upon delivery.
Pre-order and Made to Order items will ship on the estimated date noted on the product description page. These items will ship through Premium Express once available.
Returns
Returns may be made by mail or in store. You may initiate a return by selecting "Return this Item" from your MY CARRYALLCO account under order details, through your delivery confirmation email, or by contacting a Client Advisor. Once the request has been approved, you will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

We want your most-loved jewellery to last a lifetime, which is why we offer a 5-year warranty that covers every piece free of charge. After that, we offer a lifetime repairs service for a small fee, so you can wear your jewellery again and again.
Replating
If you notice your vermeil jewellery losing its colour over time, we're happy to re-plate it for you.
Resizing
Our rings can be resized up to two sizes higher or lower than their original measurement. Please note that several designs can't be resized due to their configuration, so please contact Customer Care if you're unsure.
Repairing
Where possible, we'll repair your piece and send it back - good as new. If it's not fixable and you're still within your 5-year warranty, we'll offer you a direct replacement or voucher.
Note: The 5-year warranty is valid only on full-price purchases and can be availed once per product.
