Once the request has been approved, you will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

If you notice your jewellery fading over time, we’re happy to offer a replating service for a small fee to restore its original shine.

RESIZING

Select ring styles can be resized up to two sizes up or down. However, due to design constraints, some pieces may not be resizable. If you're unsure, feel free to contact our Customer Care team.

REPAIRS

If damage occurs, we’ll do our best to repair your jewellery and return it to you looking as good as new for a small fee.
