Once the request has been approved, your prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you or will be available for download in your MY CARRYALLCO account.

REPLATING
If you notice your gold-plated jewellery fading over time, we’re happy to offer a replating service to restore its original shine.
RESIZING
Select ring styles can be resized up to two sizes up or down. However, due to design constraints, some pieces may not be resizable. If you're unsure, feel free to contact our Customer Care team.
REPAIRS
If damage occurs, we’ll do our best to repair your jewellery and return it to you looking as good as new. If repair isn’t possible and you're within the 6-month warranty period, we’ll offer you a replacement or store voucher.
