Returns
Returns may be made by mail or in store. You may return items by selecting"Return this Item" from your MY CARRYALLCO account under order details, through your delivery confirmation email or by contacting a Client Advisor. Once the request has been approved, your prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you or will be available for download in your MY CARRYALLCO account.
We want your most-loved jewellery to last a lifetime, which is why we offer a 5-year warranty that covers every piece free of charge. After that, we offer a lifetime repairs service for a small fee, so you can wear your jewellery again and again.
If you notice your vermeil jewellery losing its colour over time, we're happy to re-plate it for you.
Our rings can be resized up to two sizes higher or lower than their original measurement. Please note that several designs can't be resized due to their configuration, so please contact Customer Care if you're unsure.
Where possible, we'll repair your piece and send it back - good as new. If it's not fixable and you're still within your 5-year warranty, we'll offer you a direct replacement or voucher.
Note: The 5-year warranty is valid only on full-price purchases and can be availed once per product.
